Monday
Pot Pie Night- a hearty combination of meat and vegetables joined
in a savory cream sauce, tucked into a homemade buttermilk crust
and baked until golden and bubbly.
Tuesday
Pasta Night- creative and traditional pasta dishes, varying each
week. For example, meat lasagna, baked ziti, penne primavera in
basil cream, etc. served with a mixed green salad.
Wednesday
Chop Night- thick-cut bone-in pork chop prepared eclectically
each week. For example, apricot glazed, bratwurst stuffed, etc.
served with mashed potatoes or sidetrack fries and seasonal vegetable.
Thursday
Soup/Chili Night- made from scratch. served with a mixed green
salad and bread.
Pig Pickin’ On The Patio- weather permitting.
Friday
Fish Night- today’s fresh catch, prepared and seasoned accordingly.
for example, salmon baked with lemon pepper sauce, grilled trout
with almond butter, etc. served with baked potato and tangy slaw.

Saturday
Steak Night- weekly cut (filet, ny strip, ribeye), grilled to
your specification. Served with mashed potatoes or sidetrack fries
and seasonal vegetable. Market price.

Sharables
Oven Roasted Chicken Wings- marinated in a blend of spices and
roasted, not fried, until crispy. Finished with our house bbq
sauce.
Breaded &
Baked Parmesan Chicken Fingers- we use a not-so-standard breading
procedure to achieve flavor and crispiness. Served with housemade
marinara sauce.
Mini Quiche
Florentine- A 5” pie pastry filled with sautéed spinach,
swiss cheese and a creamy egg custard.
Flatbread
Pizza- An 8” crispy crust, topped with our homemade tomato
sauce, peppers, mushrooms, olives and shredded mozzarella.
Chili
cheese fries- crispy sidetrack fries topped with our house chili
and cheddar cheese. Baked until golden and melty.

Salads
Spinach Salad- crispy bacon, hard-boiled egg, shaved manchego
cheese and sherry vinaigrette.
Mixed
Green Salad- cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and balsamic
vinaigrette.

Fare

Grilled Angus
Burger- top quality beef grilled to order and served on a toasted
bun with all the fixin’s.
Marinated
Chicken Breast- served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato,
avocado and mayo.
Engineers’
Club- constructed of turkey, ham, bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomato
and basil mayo on wheat toast.
A Reuben
on Rye- the classic…corned beef, swiss, kraut and housemade
1000 island dressing.
Brew Braised
Bratwurst- served with mustard and kraut on a crusty roll.
Beer
battered fish & chips- moist, flaky whitefish filets coated
with sidetrack’s own beer batter and fried until golden
and crispy. Served with our signature fries and malt vinegar aioli.
