Last November we acquired
a 7-barrel brewing system manufactured by DME Brewing services
of Prince Edward Island, Canada. That’s 231 gallons of beer
per batch. The brewhouse containing the equipment will be visible
from the street through large glass doors.
We
will have a variety of standard beers, as many as 8 at any time.
Don’t look for exotic beer at the Boylan Bridge Brewpub.
Raspberry flavored beer or beer made from grass clippings won’t
be available. We set store by trying to get identical results
over and over again, batch after batch, rather than experimenting
on our customers.
Our
production will start out with ales such as pale ale, IPA, amber,
and others. Lagers will come later. Beer names include Whistle
Stop, Gandy Dancer, Red Caboose, and Okay Porter. If you have
an idea for a beer name and wish to share it, please email us
at newbeernames@boylanbridge.com
. If we use your name, we'll point at you and say, "...that's
the dude who gave us that cool beer name!" or, we'll give
you a free beer,... not sure yet. But definintely one of those
two things.

and on the
railroad tracks with that, oh yes,... railroad track flavor..
