The Boylan Bridge Brewpub is offering its brewery dinners again.
Each dinner has place settings for 20 people.
Cost is $35/head. Sign up by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
All meals will feature multiple courses made from scratch with ingredients specially brought in for the event, accented by 4-ounce samples of each of the six beers currently on tap. Tables will be set up in the Clover Room and the brewery or in the booths in the house depending on the weather.

Meatloaf with tomato sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, rolls and butter, and cherry pie.

Wednesday, August 1:
Brazed salmon with lemon glaze, sweet niblet cream corn , dill green beans, rolls and butter, and brownies with vanilla ice cream.
Wednesday, August 8:
A chicken crepe and a spinach crepe side by side with tangy mushroom cheese sauce, hot buttered rice, rolls and butter, and flan custard.
No substitutions on menu.
Clover Room doors open at 7:30pm when all attendees are present with early arrivals getting drinks at the bar on their tab. Attendees may order wine with dinner on a tab from our premium wine list.
