Architect Andrew Leager has been operating a successful cabinet
shop in downtown Raleigh since 1997. This business is called Special
Projects, and is located in the lower portion of the building
that will become The Boylan Bridge Brewpub. You can read more
about Special Projects on www.wemakestuff.com.
Andrew
has been brewing, bottling, and enjoying his own beer for the
past seven years. With this experience, we plan to begin commercially
brewing many types of beer to sell in our Brewpub.

The
Boylan Bridge will create a bright and open atmosphere conducive
to conversation, business, and social interaction. Experience
with architectural millwork and cabinetwork will allow the Boylan
Bridge group to design and build a beautiful, functional bar using
fine woods, adding richness and intimacy.
The
brewing operation will be visible from the bar through glass doors,
offering an industrial 'feel' with stainless steel materials throughout.
Outdoor
deck seating will offer an expansive view of the downtown Raleigh
skyline. A wood post and beam pergola structure will enclose the
space and provide mottled shade.
